Couch to Consciousness is a 30 day programme, supporting you to re-source, re-script and re-imagine who you are, so that you can seize each day and make the most of "your one wild and precious life"!

Over 30 days you will engage with a number of different transformative practices, establishing these as new habits in your life, habits that will lead to deeper identity shifts and ultimately to a new, more conscious, happier and healthier life.

Not for the faint of heart, Couch to Consciousness requires a strong and firm commitment of will, energy and time.

The process demands:

  1. Up to 1 hour per day - you will need to commit to a "waking up" routine every morning, that develops over the 30 days.

  2. 1 hour per week - for a one-to-one "real conversation" (via video call), where you will explore and deepen all that you are transforming in yourself.

What You Will Do:

Over the 30 days, you will engage with a range of different life-transforming practices, including:

- mindfulness meditation

- gratitude exercises

- reflective journaling

- real conversations (a form of coaching)
